Your theme purchase does include support access to our support forum. If you’d like to have a support, please, use that. We only provides support via our support forum and documentation. We will not provide any support via e-mail or Twitter. We usually answer questions once a day Monday to Friday so you will most likely get an answer within 24 hours on workdays.
The support contains the help with setup the theme and theme settings.
The general questions about WordPress and theme’s customization don’t includes into the support service. We can refuse to support service if theme has been modified by customer.
