- Are PSDs files included with my theme purchase?
- The Developer Package includes a PSD, but not the Standart Package.
- Are your themes compatible with plugins and widgets?
- We code and style our themes to be compatible with most standard plugins and widgets, but due to the sheer numbers of plugins and widgets available we cannot code for them all. Thus, some plugins and widgets may cause the theme to “break” in certain browsers. We make every attempt to prepare our themes for them, but cannot guarantee it will work in every situation.
- Can I use your themes with my WordPress.com free hosted account?
- WordPress provides a number of quality themes that can be used on their free hosted accounts. But our themes are not included at the moment. This means that you can only use the themes on a self-hosted WordPress site.
- Do you build custom themes?
- Not currently.
- What kind of support is offered with a purchased Theme?
- PandaThemes has private forum for customers. We are ready to help answer your questions. PandaThemes support will include theme issues such as: bug fixes if any under normal operation, how to use basic theme features, basic WordPress help, and basic help with customization.
- What kind of license do your themes have?
- Our themes are released under the GPL license as same as WordPress.
- I'm a web-designer, can I use your themes when developing websites for my clients?
- Yes you may. We realize that developers are busy, and need ways to turn work over quickly. One of the primary reasons we developed these themes was to offer a solution for content management using WordPress. Support will only be given to the user who purchases the license of theme, which means the user will be responsible for supporting the themes for their client. If a clients wants direct support for the theme(s), they will need to purchase the appropriate license of theme.
- Can I sell website using your themes?
- Yes. You can use the themes that are available on our site to develop full websites that can be sold. We do not restrict the use of our themes with turnkey sites, and certainly can’t forbid you from selling a site of your own that you built using any of our themes.
- Can I modify the themes to fit my websites personal needs?
- Absolutely.
- Can I remove the credits in the footer?
- Yes, you may.
- What if I need help installing the theme?
- We can install pandathemes.com theme and WordPress on your host. Installation is a paid service which is included in Service Packages. All Service Packages include one pandathemes.com theme of your choice.
- Who uses your themes?
- Our themes are used by small web-design studio, web-developers, designers, photographers and other freelancers who want a polished design without having to pay thousands of dollars for a custom web design.
- What is your refund policy?
- Because of the nature of our themes - which are digitally delievered and non-tangible goods - we cannot offer refunds or chargebacks for purchases. Therefore, please read our FAQs carefully before purchasing your theme.
