How do I get access to the support forum?
If you've bought a theme from:
- pandathemes.com you'll get access to the support forum within 24 hours on working days. The login and password will be sent to the e–mail you used when purchasing the theme..
- themeforest.net please send a request through our ThemeForest profile page. After verification you'll get access to the support forum within 24 hours on working days.
Are PSD files included with my theme purchase?
Yes, each of our themes includes the necessary PSD files.
Are your themes compatible with plugins and widgets?
We code and style our themes to be compatible with most standard plugins and widgets, but due to the sheer numbers of plugins and widgets available we cannot code for them all. Thus, some plugins and widgets may cause the theme to “break” in certain browsers. We make every attempt to prepare our themes for them, but cannot guarantee they will work in every situation.
Can I use your themes with my WordPress.com free hosted account?
WordPress provides a number of quality themes that can be used on their free hosted accounts. But our themes are not included at the moment. This means that you can only use the themes on a self-hosted WordPress site.
Do you build custom themes?
What kind of support is offered with a purchased theme?
Your theme purchase includes access to our
customer support forum. We only provide support through our
support forum and documentation, not via e-mail, private message or Twitter
. We do not provide support for general WordPress and theme customization questions. However, if you need specific help with theme installation and settings, please contact us via the
customer support forum. We usually answer questions once a day, Monday to Friday, so you will most likely get an answer within 24 hours on working days.
What kind of license do your themes operate under?
Our themes are released under the
GPL license, just like WordPress.
I'm a web-designer. Can I use your themes when developing websites for my clients?
Yes, you may. We realize that developers are busy, and need ways to turn work over quickly. One of the primary reasons we developed these themes was
to offer a solution for content management using WordPress.
Can I sell websites using your themes?
Yes. You can use the themes that are available on our site to develop full websites that can be sold. We do not restrict the use of our themes
with turnkey sites, and certainly can’t forbid you from selling a site of your own that you built using any of our themes.
Can I modify the themes and sell them as new templates or WordPress themes?
No, you can't. Please refer to the terms of our
product license for more details.
Can I modify the themes to fit my website's specific needs?
