How to get an access to the support forum?
If you've bought a theme on:
- pandathemes.com you'll get an access to support forum within 24 hours, at workdays. The login and password will be sent to your email you've set while purchasing.
- themeforest.net please send a request through Karina's profile page. After verification you'll get an access to support forum within 24 hours, at workdays.
Are PSDs files included with my theme purchase?
Yes, each of our themes includes a PSD files.
Are your themes compatible with plugins and widgets?
We code and style our themes to be compatible with most standard plugins and widgets, but due to the sheer numbers of plugins and widgets available we cannot code for them all. Thus, some plugins and widgets may cause the theme to “break” in certain browsers. We make every attempt to prepare our themes for them, but cannot guarantee it will work in every situation.
Can I use your themes with my WordPress.com free hosted account?
WordPress provides a number of quality themes that can be used on their free hosted accounts. But our themes are not included at the moment. This means that you can only use the themes on a self-hosted WordPress site.
Do you build custom themes?
What kind of support is offered with a purchased theme?
Your theme purchase does include support access to our
customer support forum. We only provides support via our
support forum and documentation.
We will not provide any support via e-mail or Twitter. We usually answer questions once a day Monday to Friday so you will most likely get an answer within 24 hours on workdays. The support contains the help with setup the theme and theme settings. The general questions about WordPress and theme’s customization don’t includes into the support service.
What kind of license do your themes have?
Our themes are released under the
GPL license as same as WordPress.
I'm a web-designer, can I use your themes when developing websites for my clients?
Yes you may. We realize that developers are busy, and need ways to turn work over quickly. One of the primary reasons we developed these themes was
to offer a solution for content management using WordPress.
Can I sell website using your themes?
Yes. You can use the themes that are available on our site to develop full websites that can be sold. We do not restrict the use of our themes
with turnkey sites, and certainly can’t forbid you from selling a site of your own that you built using any of our themes.
Can I modify the themes and sell them as a new templates or WordPress themes?
Can I modify the themes to fit my websites personal needs?
Can I remove the credits in the footer?
What is your refund policy?
Because of the nature of our themes - which are digitally delievered and non-tangible goods - we cannot offer refunds or chargebacks for purchases.
