Our themes may be used by our customers on as many websites as they like. With the purchase of any of our theme packages, you are able to utilize the themes for personal use as well as client work without any limit to the number of times the themes can be used.
Theme Licensing
All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license.
Third-Party Licenses and Credits
Some of the scripts included has not been written by us. Please, see the indivual script files for the applicable licenses.
Photoshop PSD Files Licensing
The Photoshop PSD Files are licensed and copyrighted under pandathemes.com. PSD files for our themes come packaged seperately and are not GPL licensed.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that pandathemes.com templates will work with all browser versions. It is our policy to support our themes as best we can.
Updates
Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase. All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WordPress. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
Theme support
The theme packages that are purchased on this site include support. All support inquiries and questions shall be addressed in the support forum. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a theme package to receive support. The support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes. Theme support will only be given to those who purchase a theme package from this website.
Refund Policy
Since pandathemes.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the theme purchase is made. You are responsible for understanding upon purchase pandathemes.com themes.
