• If you purchase our theme through ThemeForest.net please read Licensing-terms here.
• Through PandaThemes.com you puchase WordPress theme with Regular License. Regular License allows you to use the purchased theme on a single domain (website). Regular License cost $35.00 US dollars per theme. Read about licensing details here.

Theme Licensing

1. The PHP code is licensed under the GPL license as is WordPress itself. You will find a copy of the license text in the same directory as this text file. Or you can read it here.
2. All other parts of the theme including, but not limited to the CSS code, images, and design are licensed according to the license purchased. Read about licensing details here.

Third-Party Licenses and Credits

Some of the scripts included has not been written by us. Please, see the indivual script files for the applicable licenses.

Photoshop PSD Files Licensing

The Photoshop PSD Files are licensed and copyrighted under pandathemes.com. PSD files for our themes come packaged seperately and are not GPL licensed.

Warranty

Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that pandathemes.com templates will work with all browser versions.

Updates

Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase. All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WordPress. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.

Theme support

Your theme purchase does include support access to our customer support forum. We only provides support via our support forum and documentation. We will not provide any support via e-mail or Twitter. We usually answer questions once a day Monday to Friday so you will most likely get an answer within 24 hours on workdays. The support contains the help with setup the theme and theme settings. The general questions about WordPress and theme’s customization don’t includes into the support service.

Refund Policy

Since PandaThemes.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the theme purchase is made. You are responsible for understanding upon purchase pandathemes.com themes.

Changes to Terms of and Conditions

PandaThemes.com may, at its sole discretion, revise or change terms and conditions of providing services (in whole or in part) from time to time and at any time without notice to you.
